The 2020 meeting will be held at Bethesda North Marriott Hotel & Conference Center, October 21-23, 2020 as a satellite event immediately prior to the Society for Neuroscience 2020 conference, which provides you a more convenient way to attend both conferences!
Group Room Rates: Classic Guest Rooms: $239.00 plus currently 13% City/State/Occupancy Hotel Room Tax (subject to change).
Cancel Policy: There is a 72 hour cancellation policy. Delegate are asked to guarantee their room reservations with a credit card but can cancel at no penalty up to 72 hours of arrival, within 72 hours of arrival will forfeit one night’s room and taxes.
Rooms include high speed WiFi but do not include Breakfast. Continental Breakfast will be provided by the Conference.

Especially for ISDP Students – For any guestroom reserved within the room block, there will be no additional charge for up to quad occupancy. However, the hotel’s double-double capacity is limited, please book EARLY! Double-Double guest room, for a maximum of 4 attendees sharing or a family. Choose Double/Double room with two double beds and a sitting area. Delegates are responsible for organizing roommates, the Society is not responsible, but we will provide a Googledoc (coming soon) to facilitate the process. One person should book the room and provide all the roommate names and contact details.

- Union Station, Washington DC- can take a cab (approx. 24 miles) to the venue, or take the Red Line metro towards Shady Grove to White Flint Station

Washington Dulles International Airport (IAD)
- Bus and Metro Rail – Connect to Metrorail using Metrobus. To find out when the bus leaves the airport, click here. The 5A takes you to Rosslyn Metro Station. Take BLUE LINE Rail towards Largo Town Center Metro Station. Transfer to RED LINE Rail at Metro Center Metro Station. Take RED LINE Rail towards Shady Grove Metro Station. Arrive at White Flint Metro Station and walk 3- 5 minutes to Bethesda North Marriott Hotel.
Stay straight on Dulles Airport Access Rd. Merge onto VA-267 E toward I-495/exit 18-19, merge onto I-495 N via exit 18 toward Baltimore/Bethesda. Merge onto I-270 spur N via exit 38 toward Rockville/Frederick. Take Democracy Blvd. East exit. Turn left on Old Georgetown Rd. Turn right on Executive Blvd. Turn left onto Marinelli Road
On-site parking, fee: 10 USD daily special ISDP rate for all drive-in conference attendees and ISDP conference attendees overnight guests.
