ISDP President, Megan R. Gunnar, explains the ISDP 2021 Hybrid Meeting format and reviews the program to take place at the Swisshotel in Chicago and on our Virtual Platform, November 10-12, 2021. All meeting content will be available on-demand through the end of the month. Currently over 500 participants are registered, with 205 in-person (who must show proof of vaccination) and the rest virtually.

The 2021 Distinguished Service Award is bestowed on Amy Learmonth & Julie Campbell in recognition of their contributions to the success of the first ISDP Virtual Meeting!

Dr. Gunnar embodies all the qualities this award represents. Her tireless dedication to all students,
throughout the decades, remains a model for faculty in the ISDP and beyond. Dr. Gunnar is no stranger to receiving recognition for her contributions to education and mentoring. She held the Rodney Wallace Professorship for the Advancement of Teaching and Learning from 2002-2005 and, in 2014, received the Mentor Award for Lifetime Achievement from the Association of Psychological Science (APS).

Regina M Sullivan, PhD, Professor, Nathan Kline Institute & the Department of Child & Adolescent Psychiatry at New York University Langone Medical Center, New York, New York, USA. Her research focuses on the neurobehavioral development of fear and attachment and the impact of adversity within attachment initiating the pathway to pathology.

The Department of Psychological Sciences at the University of Connecticut invites applications for an Assistant Professor, tenure track, in Developmental Psychology, with an anticipated start date of August 23, 2022. We seek a candidate with specialization in social developmental neuroscience using MRI methods.
