GROUP RATES
We are pleased to confirm the following special ISDP 2026 convention rates:
Single/Double occupancy: $154.00 Triple/Quad occupancy: $174.00
All room rates are quoted exclusive of applicable state and local taxes, currently 16.75%, plus a $2.00 per room night occupancy tax. All taxes are subject to change. Hotel shall not charge any additional mandatory charges such as Destination Fees or Resort Fees (these are waived in the ISDP 2026 Group Rate), so please be sure to use the ISDP 2026 Group Room Reservation Link to book reservations (coming soon).
These rates will be offered three days prior and three days after the meeting dates, based on availability, until the designated cutoff date of Tuesday, October 20, 2026 or the hotel reaches 90% occupancy. Group block will be released back into Hotel inventory at 5:00 p.m. CST on the cut-off date.
GROUP RATES INCLUDE:

MISCELLANEOUS FEES
One night’s room and tax will be charged to the guest’s individual credit card should the guest not show up for a confirmed reservation. Individual guests will be responsible for their own no-show fees. The ISDP 2026 Group Rates are
EARLY DEPARTURE FEE
In the event that a guest who has reserved a guest room within Group’s guest room block checks out prior to the guest’s reserved checkout date, an early departure fee of one nights room and tax will be charged to that guest’s individual account. Guests wishing to avoid this fee must advise Hotel at or before check-in of any change in the scheduled length of stay. Hotel will inform members of Group of this fee upon check-in. Hotel will deduct any early departure fees that are collected by the Hotel from any amount Group may owe as guest room attrition.
