All rates are subject to mandatory taxes and assessments in effect at the time of the Event, which are currently the 10.5% city transient occupancy tax (“TOT”), 2% San Diego Tourism Marketing Assessment (“SDTMA”) and $0.89 California Tourism Assessment per room per night, and are subject to change without notice. *Guestroom rate includes daily housekeeping, unless “Do Not Disturb” sign is on the guestroom door.
Cancellation Policy: requires cancellation 72 hours prior to arrival date or one night room and tax will be billed. Please also confirm your departure date at least 72 hours before departure to avoid an early-out cancellation fee.
WAIVED Resort Fee:
Hotel agrees to waive the $46.00 resort fee, but group will still receive all of the following resort fee amenities:
- Wi-Fi in guest rooms and public spaces (excluding meeting space) of up to 15Mbps of shared bandwidth (download and upload speed) per guest room. Higher bandwidth plans are available for purchase.
- Two in-room bottled waters per day
- Use of beach chairs and umbrellas on our Bay Beach (subject to availability)
- Access to indoor/outdoor bay front fitness center
- Access to outdoor swimming pool and whirlpool
- USA Today newspaper in the lobby each morning
- Complimentary local and domestic long distance phone calls
