The 2022 ISDP meeting returned mostly in-person to the Catamaran Resort Hotel & Spa in San Diego, California, USA, November 9-11, 2022.  Back by popular demand, the meeting was once again held as a Hybrid Meeting with both in-person as well as virtual participation and on-demand access to the presentations possible. Group Room Rates: $199 for single/double/triple or maximum quad occupancy, plus taxes per nights NO RESORT FEE savings of $36.00 USD plus tax when you book through the ISDP group room block

A limited room block has been reserved at the Catamaran Resort Hotel and Spa located on San Diego’s Mission Bay and across the street from the Pacific Beach shoreline, just 8 miles northwest of San Diego International Airport. Resort Fee is WAIVED for ISDP group room block, but Group will still receive all of the following resort fee amenities:

• High-speed Internet access in guest rooms and public areas (excludes meeting space),
• Two in-room bottled waters per day, Use of beach chairs and umbrellas on our Bay Beach (subject to availability),
• Access to indoor/outdoor bay front fitness center, Access to outdoor swimming pool and whirlpool, Bahia Belle bay cruises (seasonal),
• USA Today newspaper in the lobby each morning,
• and Unlimited local and domestic long distance phone calls.
• No RESORT FEES

All meetings and poster sessions will take place at the Catamaran Resort Hotel and Spa, ISDP will provide WiFi for meeting attendees.

The Polynesian-themed San Diego hotel, a member of the California Green Lodging Program, has 310 guest rooms and suites each with a private balcony or patio and complimentary WiFi Internet. The Catamaran Resort Hotel and Spa has an outdoor pool and hot tub, fitness center, beach and the Catamaran Spa, San Diego’s only beachfront spa. Guests can rent paddleboards, sailboats, kayaks, surfboards, bicycles, and segways onsite.

Parking Charges at the time of the Group Arrival: $26.00 per day self-park for hotel guest, $32.00 per day valet park for hotel guests

Abstract Submissions for presentation at the 2022 ISDP Hybrid Annual Meeting will be accepted through August 5, 2022.  View the Call for Abstracts for more information and complete your submission. 

Travel Awards

ISDP will provide a limited number of Student/Postdoc travel awards this year to assist with the cost of attending ISDP 2022 for selected ISDP Student members (and Early-Career postdoc members)!  The Travel Awards are meant to help defray the costs of attending the meeting but will not likely cover all the costs. Students and postdoctoral fellows who wish to be considered for a Travel Award are required to check the appropriate box when they submit their abstract via the ISDP webpage by the August 5th deadline. Students and postdoctoral fellows must be members of ISDP to be eligible. For more information, please visit ISDP Awards.
